Brasserie Vessel is a place where the fusion of modern French cuisine and worldwide influences takes centre stage. Situated in a tranquil setting at the water, our brasserie embodies an uncomplicated and relaxed atmosphere.

For our chefs it’s about crafting taste combinations that surprise yet comfort. Expect a palette of pure, straightforward food without too much fuss. Whether you’re into meat, fish or vegan food, the new menu caters to all tastes. Take our poached figs combined with vegan feta cream, harissa and seasoned with pine nuts. Our all time favourite braised beef with coconut gravy boosts personality. Then there’s the catch of the day - a fresh and daily changing dish, determined by the season.
