At The July, we want to ensure our guests always receive the best available rate when booking directly with us.

If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same stay elsewhere before booking, you may submit a claim for review. If you have already made a booking, you must submit your claim on the same day the booking is made, and before arrival.

Please carefully read the how-to guide and terms & conditions below before submitting a claim. Our reservations team will respond to your claim within 1-2 business days.

Once submitted, our team will review the information to verify that it meets the applicable conditions. If your claim is valid, The July will match the verified lower rate.

How to submit a claim

If you find a lower rate publicly available elsewhere, please follow these steps to submit a claim:

  • Ensure the booking is made directly through www.thejuly.com
  • Fill out the claim form with the following details:
    • The property, room type, stay dates, and number of guests you wish to book in
    • The website link where you found the lower rate
    • A screenshot or proof of the lower rate
    • The date and time you discovered the lower rate

TERMS & CONDITIONS

To qualify for a claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • The booking must be made directly through www.thejuly.com
  • If you have already made a booking, you must submit your claim on the same day the booking is made, and before arrival.
  • The compared rate must be for the same property, room type, stay dates, number of guests, and cancellation policy.
  • The lower rate must be publicly available online and bookable at the time of verification.
  • Rates that include additional fees or taxes that differ from our standard pricing may not qualify.

EXCLUSIONS

Claims will not be accepted for:

  • Member rates
  • Corporate, negotiated or group rates
  • Package deals including flights, activities or transfers
  • Private offers, invitation-only discounts or closed user group promotions
  • Rates requiring a login, coupon code or membership
  • Prices that cannot be verified by our team at the time of review
  • Promotions that are no longer active at the time of your claim

ADDITIONAL TERMS

The July has the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above. Promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All claim decisions made by The July are final.
