Want to get the best room rate around? Book directly with The July. You’ll be supporting independent businesses - not big booking engines - and we’ll even throw in some sweet surprises. Plus, if there are any issues or you want something extra (e.g. an extra bed or info on facilities) then you can get in touch with us directly. No computer-generated replies or endless phone menus.
We're all hands on deck every morning, prepping your apartment-hotels for a 3PM entry. You've got until 11AM on your last day to soak it all in. Want flexibility? Want to check-in early or stay a little longer? Let us know your estimated time of arrival/departure and will we put you on the priority list. Please do keep in mind that it is based on availability if your apartment will be available.
If your booking is for more than 5 apartments, an alternative modification/cancellation policy and payment policy applies. We will reach out to you regarding your booking, or you can contact our Reservations team who can assist with creating your stay. Reach out to us if you have any more questions.
Arriving early or leaving a little later than the check-out time? No worries! You can store your luggage with us for free in our luggage rooms. Just pop by the reception and they will help you out!
Parking is available under the hotel in our parking garage. Reservations are recommended. Need to charge your car? We've got you covered! Let us know prior to your arrival if the space is required.
Depending on how long you’re with us, we give you fresh towels and a touch-up every day. If you’re with us for a while, we’ll give you a fully cleaned apartment every four days. Want to use towels and linens a little longer? Just let us know (Planet Earth says thanks).
