Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00 onwards, and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability.

You can pre-book a meeting room by contacting our events team, who will be happy to assist.

You’re welcome to store your luggage with us free of charge at our Front Office before or after your stay.

As a guest, you’re free to make use of our gym, wellness facilities, bars, restaurants and terraces during your stay.

Every apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, plus a starter pack of tea and coffee. Linen and towels are provided, and you’ll find a hairdryer and an amenity kit in the bathroom. If you have any other requests during your stay, simply reach out.

Our fully equipped kitchens include a combi oven, induction stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots and pans, cups, glasses and cutlery. If you require any cooking equipment that's not available in your room, let us know and we’ll do our best to provide it.

Our apartments don’t have in-room washing machines and dryers, but communal laundry facilities are available. Coin tokens can be purchased at our Front Office.

We provide a weekly housekeeping service, including a linen change. Touch-ups are available upon request by placing the door hanger on your door.

You’re always welcome to extend your business stay for leisure purposes. Simply use the booking engine to reserve your additional nights and mention in the notes that you're already staying with us, or let our reservations team know.

For extended stays of 14 nights or more, you’ll benefit from a discounted rate, and the option to register your address. Visit our Longer stay page to learn more.

We only offer connecting apartments at our hotel in London Victoria, this is called the Family Apartment.

We offer wheelchair-friendly rooms at our hotel in London Victoria. All other properties have slightly adapted rooms available for wheelchair users, and we can provide a shower chair and grips if needed. Please contact us before booking for more details.

For stays, we allow one dog per apartment for a pet fee of €280, provided that the pet policy is signed and followed. Cats are not allowed and other small pets may be accepted upon request for a fee of €50 per stay.

A non-refundable booking cannot be cancelled or modified free of charge. In this case, the full accommodation cost will be charged.

Stay dates can only be changed before arrival. The accommodation cost will still be charged, but city tax will not be applied for the nights you did not stay.
